As a fledgling learner of tarot, I have fallen in love with the beautiful Frideborg deck. I was pondering the purchase of my first deck (aside from my 'L' plate deck) for some time; when these cards showed up for me and I knew I found the right ones. I find these cards to be a joy to use, the images are so insightful and speak to my intuition, they get me. The pictures used are quirky, bright and colourful with an abundance of rich, jewelled accents of colour which I adore. These cards are straight up, honest, no nonsense, no apologies, tell like it is served with a cheeky twinkle of humour. It's apparent that each and every image has been carefully selected and that the creator, Lisa, really knows her stuff. My favourite - the black cat - is a genius wildcard addition to the pack. When it appears in a reading you know exactly what it means!!! The cards are well made, feel really comfortable in the hand and have an easy shuffle quality to them. I would highly recommend the Frideborg deck, I'm a huge fan so five stars from me!
