Having been a lover of all the Lo Scarabeo decks, and an owner of almost all of them, I anxiously awaited with baited breath for any of the local metaphysical stores to announce its arrival for purchase once it was published and available online in October. (As a working witch it is important to me to keep as many Wiccan dollars circulating locally as possible). Nada Mesar, who previously wrote the 32 card Wiccan Cards illustrated by Chatnya Hemhamvibul, who illustrated the Fenestra Tarot, which I also admire, authors the deck. Ms. Mesars previous work the Wiccan Cards is an oracle designed to introduce one to the Pagan/Wiccan lifestyle. What I loved most about this deck was the amount of thought that went into each card and the amount of detail that can literally draw you in. Also, I am not particularly a witch who is into porn, but another of my most favorite decks is Milo Maneros Erotic Tarot, which was published also by Lo Scarabeo in 2000. The Sensual Wiccan deck is illustrated by artist Elisa Puggese, of whom I do not know of any published previous work.
