When I first sat down to review Rainbow Warrior Awaken! Your Journey of Guidance and Healing, what appealed to me immediately was the originality of the concept and the bright, colorful, and original cards and card descriptions in the accompanying book. I have seen dozens of divination and spiritual guidance decks over the course of my lifetime, many of them treading on familiar ground; for instance, a seeker is often assisted by deities, fairies, unicorns, animals or angels, with the deities or supernatural creatures seen as representative of various virtues, and the seeker ends up consulting with a deity they might not be previously familiar with. While I have a couple of goddess-centric decks and love them, there are definitely times when I would like something I can read without having to look up various goddesses or supernatural creatures, distracting me as I debate their fit for my situation. Rainbow Warrior Awaken! fits this bill precisely.
