The record
This is not a deck for the faint of heart; it is challenging on many levels. It presents itself as an amazing art deck, but as you lay the cards out and look them over as a group you find the first of many surprises. The deck is a mixture of cards with innocent little girls, elegant men and sexually explicit images of both genders all shuffled together. What make some of these images adult arent what body parts they show as much as the positions these characters find themselves. The next thing that jumps out is the differences in artistic styles Evan Yi Feng uses to bring these cards to life. Most of the images were created in muted earth tones with oils and pens. Other cards have hints of color used very spare. Peppered throughout both the Majors and the Minors are these amazingly dark people that appear to be gilded and more reminiscent of 15th century western art. One way to see the diversity of this deck is to look to the Pages. The Page of Swords and of Wands give us cute young girls in short skirts, ribbons and bows. The Page of Pentacles is a woman clothed only by a long piece of cloth. Her head is down and she is reaching for the moon. The Page of Cups is the only man in
